1、椒盐鸡块
做法:
(1)鸡胸肉加一勺料酒、一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、一勺淀粉、适量黑胡椒粉抓拌均匀腌制20分钟;
(2)调一碗面糊:淀粉、鸡蛋、盐、黑胡椒

2、麻辣鸡丝
做法:
(1)鸡胸肉冷水下锅放葱姜料酒煮15分钟左右,捞出过凉水;
(2)凉了撕成丝,加入1勺蚝油、2勺生抽、1勺淀粉、少许十三香搅拌均匀备用;
(3)准备配料:干辣椒、青麻椒、蒜片;
(4)油热倒入鸡丝下锅煎至金黄,倒入配料炒香,最后撒点芝麻和少许盐翻炒均匀即可。

3、秘制黑椒鸡胸肉
做法:
(1)鸡胸肉用刀拍打一下,划上花刀,加入1勺蒜末、1勺生抽 、1勺料酒、1勺蚝油、少许黑胡椒、一点盐、一点糖腌制1小时抓拌均匀;
(2)锅中热油放入鸡胸肉 大火煎至两面金黄;
(3)倒入腌鸡胸肉的汤汁,小火盖上盖子焖熟即可。

4、鸡胸肉串
做法:
(1)鸡胸肉切大的薄片加入一勺食用小苏打腌制10分钟洗干净,沥干水分放入碗里;
(2)加入一勺料酒、一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、一勺奥尔良腌料、一勺辣椒面、一勺白糖、一勺十三香、一勺孜然粉、一勺淀粉和少许盐抓均腌制1小时以上;
(3)腌制好的鸡胸肉用竹签串起来,锅里油温7成热,放入串串炸1分钟左右;
(4)出锅的鸡肉炸串撒上孜然粉、辣椒面、白芝麻即可。

5、蜜汁鸡胸肉
腌制:鸡胸肉切块、一勺蒜末、一勺料酒、一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、少许黑胡椒碎、适量盐糖抓匀腌制入味(2小时)。
做法:
鸡胸肉划过刀,加调料(在文案) 腌制入味,油热下锅煎至焦黄,倒入腌制汁,出锅切块即可。
