二、一般泳客建议选择矽胶泳帽，矽胶泳帽弹性好、和头的密合性佳、可防止头发直接接触到游泳池的水湿掉、冬天还有保暖的效果。
泳帽的保养
A.使用完毕后用清水洗涤、晾干、尽量避免叠在一起、以避免黏在一起。 如果真的黏在一起可用痱子粉处理。
B.泳帽一两星期也可用洗发精或沐浴乳稍做清洗,久了里面才不会长一粒一粒的。（如果长一粒一粒的，也就可以换顶新的了）
泳帽的戴法
A、用双手将泳帽撑开、然后由头顶往下戴。不要用指甲撑，以免撑破。B、也不要在游泳池用泳帽装水、看看谁的比较大，这样子很快就可以换新泳帽了。
