1、生腌皮皮虾

做法:
(1)皮皮虾用盐水洗干净剪成段;
(2)配料:蒜末、柠檬片、香菜、小米椒、姜片;
(3)酱汁:酱油一大汤勺、蚝油1小勺、白糖2小勺、凉白开半碗;
(3)皮皮虾+配料+酱汁混合拌匀保鲜膜封住放冰箱12小时以上。
2、香辣椒盐皮皮虾

做法:
(1)新鲜虾爬洗干净,剪掉虾须虾腿和尖锐的部位,擦干水分,裹上一层干淀粉;
(2)油温八成热放入虾爬子,炸4分钟左右捞出;
(3)锅中留点油放入青红椒、洋葱丁加1勺豆瓣酱炒香,放入虾爬翻炒均匀,最后撒上椒盐炒匀即可。
3、清蒸皮皮虾

做法:
(1)将皮皮虾用水冲洗一下;
(2)蒸锅内加水,倒入皮皮虾,均匀撒一层盐,放几片姜,水烧开上汽后再蒸10分钟即可。
